With the rapid growth of cross-border payments, Payall Inc. set out to create a robust backoffice platform to help financial institutions manage compliance, onboarding, and global transactions with greater clarity and efficiency.
I led the design operations, design system, and UI/UX of the platform, shaping modules for KYB & KYC, case management, account oversight, and reporting. The challenge was twofold: streamline chaotic design delivery processes and craft a scalable, unified product experience for multiple financial entities.
The design approach combined process innovation and system thinking. By auditing existing workflows, upgrading Figma infrastructure, and implementing branching/version control, I redefined how the design team operated, transforming delivery from fragmented to organized. At the same time, I built a new unified design system, introducing design tokens to ensure consistency and scalability across fintech solutions.
The resulting platform provides financial institutions with a centralized, intuitive interface to onboard, monitor, and support cross-border payments. From product configuration to compliance reviews, the design empowers users with transparency and control, positioning Payall as a trusted fintech innovator in the global payments space.
